The restaurant "Emilio al Mare"
Just 500 meters from the Dimora there is the Emilio al Mare restaurant, which has an agreement with the structure. You will find a warm and welcoming environment, with the fireplace that gives romance and “familiarity” in the winter, while in the summer the pastel green-aqua colors on the walls, combined with the sea breeze, give a feeling of freshness and lightness. You can taste the excellence of local products, accompanied by local wines.
Open every evening (except Wednesday – closing day) and on Saturday and Sunday also for lunch.
Castiglione della Pescaia
Castiglione della Pescaia is a picturesque seaside resort located in the Tuscan Maremma, in the province of Grosseto. The village stands out for its splendid beaches, lush pine forests and the characteristic historic center perched on a hill, dominated by a medieval castle.
The historic center still retains its medieval atmosphere, with narrow paved streets, ancient walls and the suggestive castle that offers a panoramic view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, such as Elba and Giglio.
In the surrounding area, the Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve represents an area of great naturalistic interest, home to a variety of fauna, including pink flamingos, mallards and ducks. For history lovers, the nearby town of Vetulonia offers an Etruscan museum and a well-preserved archaeological site.
