Our history
Dimora la Fiumara dates back to the 1940s and was originally a former road worker’s house. Now fully restored with original materials, it has been transformed into a large stone and brick farmhouse, creating the unique atmosphere it exudes today—a simple yet charming blend of vintage and modern that welcomes guests and makes them feel at home, no matter where they come from.
Today, it hosts a cozy tourist accommodation featuring an apartment on the ground floor.
All spaces have exposed wooden beams, and an internal staircase made of ancient stone leads to the first floor, which consists of four bedrooms.

Guest Rules
Arrivals & Departures
Guests arriving are welcomed between
4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Guests departing must check out by 10:00 AM.
To ensure we can welcome you in the best possible way, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time. Please also notify us promptly in case of delays at the following mobile number: +39 3483803139.
If you need to arrive at a different time due to special circumstances, please inform us in advance.
On departure, accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM
Reservations and Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be made either by phone or directly through this website. When making a request, please specify the period, the number of people, the age of any children (if applicable), and the type of accommodation you are interested in.
The reservation will be confirmed by providing a credit card as a guarantee for the stay or by paying a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.
Payments can also be made via debit or credit card.
- Low season: No penalty will be applied up to 5 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or modification within 5 days of arrival, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night will be charged.
- High season: No penalty will be applied up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation or modification within 14 days of arrival, a penalty will be applied.
Rates
Apartments and rooms are rented with weekly linen change.
Included in the rate: Wi-Fi and bicycle use.
From March 15 to October 15, a Tourist Tax of €1.50 per day applies, mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.
Cleaning
Towel and bed linen changes are provided weekly.
Additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee:
- Rooms: €25.00
- Apartments: €40.00
Extra linen sets are available at an additional cost:
- Towel set: €10.00
- Bed linen set: €10.00
Equipment
The rooms and apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and television, kettle. The bathrooms
are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and courtesy line.
Rooms: courtesy line kit, still water, selection of teas, infusions and herbal teas.
Apartments: courtesy line kit, dish detergent, still water.
Important information
Keys: During the stay, the room or apartment key and the bicycle keys remain with the guest. A fee of €15.00 is applied for a lost key
Valuables: Avoid leaving valuables unattended. The management declines all responsibility for their possible loss.
Tourist tax: From March 15th to October 15th, the payment of the Tourist Tax of €1.50 per person per day is required, mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.
Consumption containment: You have chosen a holiday in direct contact with nature, help us to respect it and safeguard the environment by trying to limit the consumption of water, electricity, turning off the lights etc. in your absence or in case of non-necessity
Parking: Private and unattended parking is available free of charge inside the Residence
Animals: We also gladly accept your animals, only on request and with a daily supplement of €10.00 and as long as they are well-behaved and accustomed to contact with other people and other animals. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and cannot be left alone in the accommodations.
Garbage: Garbage must always be thrown in the appropriate bins located outside the structure, and not in the room.
